SciDAP tutorials are organized into three groups: getting started, basic analysis and advanced analysis. Getting started explains how to set up SciDAP and create your first project. Basic analysis describes initial data processing of a single experiment starting from raw reads (e.g., mapping reads and calculating RPKMs for RNA-Seq), how to view results and interpret QC measures. Advanced analysis uses results of basic analysis to compare samples (e.g., differential expression) and integrate different types of data. Our pipelines are organized into a tree structure to help users navigate analysis steps. This pipeline tree is partially represented by the diagram below.
